何謂團體/團隊動力

在組織文化研究的中,團體/團隊動力學是了解組織心理學和組織發展的基礎。對於了解組織團體如何藉由團體/團隊的力量,取得組織資源並且展現團體/團隊能力,因此團體/團隊動力可以說是研究組織的第一步。

在我們的人生中,自從我們一出生,就有形成團體/團隊的天性,嬰兒很自然的和照顧他們的人,形成一個團體/團隊也就是家庭,進而彼此產生歸屬、合作、競爭甚至是反抗的力量。因此在組織中團體/團隊是透過人為操作而形成而產生,因此組織管理的研究就是學習如何管理組織團體/團隊中的這一群人,藉由許多的機制來管理團體/團隊,並透過管理工具確認團體/團隊的專業能力。

因此組織顧問的任務就是運用許多的策略和解決方案,來改善團體/團隊的表現,並能滿足團體/團隊人員,因此團體/團隊也常被說成是具有生命並具有思考能力;因此在團體/團隊的研究不應被誤會僅是組成份子的總和而已,或是透過一些獨立個體的研究而推論為團體/團隊的整體表現。

Group dynamic is the fundamental theory to build up the professional consultant skill in the field of organizational development and change. Through learning group dynamics, we can have ability to grasp the concept and skills to continue the advanced consultant training in assessment, process consultation, team development and large group and small group interventions.

Since people were born, people have a natural tendency to build up groups, such as family creation. We are born into families with caretaker and start the relationship with family members from our belonging, cooperating, competing, and resisting experiences. Therefore, organization is also the same process and made up by a group of people. The organization consultant is here to learn how to understand and manage groups. Moreover, professional organization consultant should understand your own characteristic response in the group settings which will be very important in the development to build up your professional identity and skill.

Organization consulting usually involves intervention in groups to improve their overall performance and member satisfaction, development of new groups or teams, and management of relationships including conflict between groups of people. Group are usually been defined to “have a life of their own” therefore, group is not “the sum of its parts”, or sometimes the group outcome or performance is easily misled to be predicted by the group performance by the sum of the talents of the individual members. This is the complexity of the group process and need to be studied as organization researcher or consultant.
